I have just requested to add a product to my subscription but I cannot see it on the "Overview" screen. Why?

Navigate to Profile > Profile Settings to check if the product has been successfully added and choose whether you want the product to appear on the "Overview" screen.

Investment products are displayed in no later than five working days (for the AlphaFinance service, in no later than ten working days ), after the successful submission of your request to add them to your profile.

To receive e-mail and/or SMS notifications, every time a modification is made to your profile in the Alpha e-Banking services, activate the alerts service Alpha Alerts for e-banking transactions, by choosing Services > Alpha Alerts > Electronic Banking Transactions.
