I have just requested to add a product to my e-Banking, but I cannot see it on the “Overview” screen. Why?

Go to the “Overview” screen and then to the Visibility settings section of the corresponding product category to check that the new product has been successfully added and choose whether you want it to be visible on the “Overview” screen.

Investment products are displayed in no later than five working days (in the case of Alpha Finance, no later than ten working days), once your request to add them to your profile has been successfully submitted.

To receive e-mail and/or SMS notifications every time there is a change to your profile in the Alpha e-Banking services, activate the alpha Alerts notification service, by choosing Settings > Manage alerts.
