I have saved a transaction either to "My Transfers" or to "My Payments" but I cannot see it on the Overview screen. Why?

In the myAlpha Web and myAlpha Mobile services, you can choose which of your saved transactions will appear on the "Overview" screen and when you click the "Favourites" icon in the header of services.

On the Overview screen (as well as on the "Favourites" icon) the first five saved transactions from each category are displayed.

Go to Transfers > My Transfers or to Payments > My Payments and sort your saved transactions in the desired order.
