Alpha Bank will never ask in any manner (by phone or email) your password for myAlpha e-services. It is personal and you should never disclose it to anyone.
Do not reply to any emails that seem to originate from Alpha Bank (they often contain spelling errors or are not properly phrased) asking you to fill in details of your bank accounts, cards or codes for the myAlpha e-services. They are sent by malicious users in an attempt to steal your codes and gain access to the e-services or to your personal data.
Do not follow any links included in third-party emails or websites which lead you to websites simulating the Alpha Bank website and ask you to fill in details of your accounts, cards or codes.

Forward any similar "suspicious" email to the Bank at ebankingsupport@alpha.gr and then delete it from your mailbox, without taking any further step.
