The message "You have exceeded the maximum number of attempts" was displayed. What does this mean?

If you have entered your Password incorrectly more than 5 times in a row, access to myAlpha Web, myAlpha Mobile and myAlpha Phone will be automatically disabled for safety reasons and you can no longer use them.

If you remember your user name and password, you can call us at +30 210 326 0000, every day from 8:00 to 22:30 and ask us to unlock your account after having your identity verified.

If you remember your User ID, you can unblock your account by issuing a new password online.

If you don’t remember your User ID you will have to visit an Alpha Bank Branch.
