What are informative Push Notifications?

Push Notifications are informative messages that you receive via the myAlpha Mobile app either for management issues of your subscription or to be informed regarding the completion of your transactions with selected Alpha Bank cards.

The informative Push Notifications feature on management issues of your subscription concerns the following cases:

  • Add / Delete a device to your e-Banking subscription 
  • Change 4digit PIN 
  • Change Username / Password of your e-Banking subscription
  • Change of mobile / email of your e-Banking subscription
  • Failed scheduled transfers/payments

If you have received email notifications for all of the above so far, then you won’t receive informative Push Notifications. 

The Push Notifications that have been sent are also accessible via a “History” section through the myAlpha Mobile app, from the relevant icon on the home screen of the "Overview", which leads to the history screen. The history shows the messages sent within the last 6 months.

In addition, you can use the filter application feature for better search of the messages.
