How can I approve a transaction that requires myAlpha Code?

Transactions that require myAlpha Code can be completed via Push Notifications or via QR Codes from the myAlpha Mobile application. Alternatively, you may choose to receive myAlpha Code via Viber or SMS to the mobile phone number that you have provided us with during your registration to e-Banking.

Each time you wish to carry out one of the transactions that require the use of myApha Code you will be able to either approve your transaction via a Push Notification, provided you have activated them on the myAlpha Mobile app, or via a QR Code, provided you have paired your device with your e-Banking subscription from the myAlpha Mobile app. Alternatively, you may choose to receive the 6-digit myAlpha Code on your mobile phone number via Viber or SMS.
