How do I receive myAlpha Code?

Each time you wish to carry out one of the transactions that require the use of myApha Code you will be able to select how you want the message to be sent to your mobile phone (SMS or Viber). You will then automatically receive, free of charge, a 6-digit myAlpha Code on your mobile phone, at the time of the transaction. Each myAlpha Code can only be used exclusively for the specific transaction, since it will be created based on the details of the transaction you have chosen to carry out.

Please note that the way you choose to receive the myAlpha Code in your last transaction will be registered in the system as the default option, for the next myAlpha Code that needs to be sent.
