Security and Codes BACK

What codes do I need in order to log into the Alpha Bank e-Banking?

To log into the e-banking of Alpha Bank, you need the following codes, that you will receive during your registration either at the Branch or electronically, if you choose to register online:

  • User ID: you receive it when you register at a Branch or you create it yourself during your online registration. Following your first successful login to myAlpha Web you may create an alias for your convenience. If you forget or lose you User ID, you will have to visit a Branch to be reminded of
  • Password: if you make your e-banking registration at the Branch, you will receive an sms with information on how to compose your temporal password, which you will be asked to change, during your first login to myAlpha Web. Upon online registration you will be asked to set your password yourself. If you lose or forget your password, you may issue a new Password online
  • myAlpha Code: a one-off 6-digit code that is used for ever greater security on transactions, such as fund transfers to third party accounts, remittances to other domestic or foreign banks e.t.c. It is sent via SMS or Viber to the mobile phone you have used for your registration, at the time of the transaction each time and for as many transactions it may be required. Find out more about myAlpha Code.
