I do not receive Push Notifications on my mobile. What can I do?

To approve your transactions via Push Notifications you should have the latest version of myAlpha Mobile app on your mobile phone and have activated Push Notifications. (See how you can activate Push Notifications to approve your transactions here.

If you have activated Push Notifications to approve your transactions, you should be able to receive Push Notifications.

If you still do not receive Push Notifications, please ensure  you have enabled Push Notifications on your device Settings, and that the data on your device is activated or that you are connected to a wifi network. If you still do not receive Push Notifications, you can restart the myAlpha Mobile app, or failing that restart your your mobile phone.
