I do not receive Push Notifications on my mobile. What can I do?

Confirm that the Push Notifications feature is enabled on the myAlpha Mobile app. From the main menu, select the "Profile" section and from the "Security Settings" proceed to the "Push Notifications" option.

If you still do not receive Push Notifications, please ensure you have enabled Push Notifications on your device Settings, and that the data on your device is activated or that you are connected to a wifi network. If you still do not receive Push Notifications, you can restart the myAlpha Mobile app, or failing that restart your your mobile phone.
