The authentication of your electronic transactions can be performed via Push Notifications in myAlpha Mobile and with the use of biometric features (e.g. Face ID, Fingerprint).
The notifications for confirming your transaction contain the merchant’s details, the amount and date of the transaction, and the last 4 digits of the card that you use, so that you know which transaction you are accepting.
Registration of your Alpha Bank cards with the service takes place automatically, without any action being required by you. This applies to new cards and to reissued cards (e.g. due to loss/theft).
Any change in your mobile phone number is made via Alpha e-banking or at the Alpha Bank Branch Network.
