What should I do if my card is lost/stolen?

Report the loss or theft of your card immediately:

  • by calling Customer Service at  +30 210 326 0000, 24 hours a day
  • through my Alpha Web and my Alpha Mobile services.

Your card will be cancelled immediately after its loss/theft has been reported.
