Branch Network

Can I take back my Alpha Bank card that was captured by the ATM because I entered my PIN incorrectly?

After three unsuccessful attempts to enter your PIN, your card will be captured by the ATM for security reasons.

If you card is captured by an Alpha Bank Branch ATM, you can contact directly the Branch concerned in order to take it back. Your first attempt to enter your PIN after taking back your card should be successful, otherwise your card will be captured again by the ATM.

If your card is captured by an Alpha Bank Off-Site ATM (i.e. an ATM not located in an Alpha Bank Branch) or by an ATM of another bank, contact Customer Service at +30 210 326 0000.
