Alpha Payroll account for your pension

• Have e-Banking credentials. 
• Have updated your details and make sure that your pensioner status is evidenced by your declared profession. You can easily update your details online through your e-Banking.
• Not hold another Alpha Payroll account as a sole account holder with Alpha Bank.

You don’t have to deposit a minimum amount to open the account.

All the benefits and discounts apply as soon as you receive your pension for the 1st time in your Alpha Payroll account, and continue to apply for as long as you keep receiving your pension in this account. If you do not receive a pension for 6 consecutive months, the benefits are automatically revoked.

Debit card linked to your account

Link your pension account to the debit card you already hold. If you hold a Bonus card, you can enjoy the Bonus loyalty programme benefits every time you shop.

If you don’t hold a debit card, you can apply online as soon as your account is opened.

Favourable interest rate and quarterly interest payment

You get favourable interest rate of:

• 0.20% on amounts up to €1,000.
• 0.01% on amounts starting from €1,001, for the entire account balance.
  

Interest is paid every 3 months.

Free services for your account 

Along with the Alpha Payroll account you get free:

• Standing orders.
• 1 cheque book (10 pages) every year. If you need additional cheque books, you can get them at a 50% discount.

Credit card benefits

For your Alpha Bank Bonus Visa or Alpha Bank Bonus Mastercard you:

• Pay no annual fee for your main card and 2 additional cards.
• Secure 1% off the interest rate on your purchases.
