Get the insurance plan that offers you protection with regards to your card payments in case you find yourself in financial straits due to contingencies.
Alpha Credit Protection protects you and helps you repay your credit card in case of accident, loss of life, illness or involuntary unemployment.
This insurance plan is intended for Alpha Bank customers aged up to 60 years until the age of 65.
Covers of “Alpha Credit Protection” insurance plan in case of:
- loss of life: 100% of the credit card's debit balance is paid to the Bank on a lump-sum basis without passing on the debt to legal heirs (maximum coverage limit: Euro 60,000)
- total permanent disability as a result of an accident or illness: 100% of the credit card's debit balance is paid to the Bank on a lump-sum basis without passing on the debt to the beneficiary (maximum coverage limit: Euro 60,000)
- temporary permanent disability as a result of an accident or illness: 12-month protection by paying to the Bank 10% of the credit card's debit balance (maximum coverage limit: Euro 3,000)
- serious illness: 100% of the credit card's debit balance is paid to the Bank on a lump-sum basis without passing on the debt to legal heirs (maximum coverage limit: Euro 30,000)
In addition to the above covers, Alpha Credit Protection Plus helps you in case of:
- involuntary unemployment: 12-month protection by paying to the Bank 5% of the credit card's debit balance (maximum coverage limit: Euro 12,000)\
Gross monthly insurance premiums
- No coverage of involuntary unemployment (Alpha Credit Protection): Euro 0.30 per Euro 100 of the Customer's monthly debit balance
- Coverage of involuntary unemployment (Alpha Credit Protection): Euro 0.70 per Euro 100 of the Customer's monthly debit balance.
