How to use the virtual Dentist Pass Visa card

Through your digital wallet

Use the aid amount credited into the virtual Dentist Pass Visa exclusively for paying dentists or orthodontists who own a POS device.

The virtual card may be used at POS devices, by adding your card to the Apply Wallet or Google Wallet through myAlpha Mobile.

I bank with Alpha Bank and don’t have e-Banking credentials.

To get access to your virtual Dentist Pass Visa card:

Download the myAlpha Mobile app if you have not already installed it on your phone.
Choose “Login with credentials” on the app to log in using your e-Banking credentials (Username and Password).
Find your new virtual Dentist Pass Visa card on the overview page (under “Cards”).
Choose “Add to Google Wallet” or “Add to Apple Wallet”, to add it to the digital wallet you prefer.

I bank with Alpha Bank and have e-Banking credentials

I do not bank with Alpha Bank

To use your new virtual Dentist Pass Visa card, you get e-Banking credentials (Username and Password) by email/SMS on the contact details you provided in your Dentist Pass application at vouchers.gov.gr.

If you had chosen Alpha Bank to have a virtual card issued for the Market Pass or the Tourism-For-All Pass, you must use the e-Banking credentials you had obtained then. If you have forgotten them, contact us on +302111073827 so we may send you new ones.

Download and install the myAlpha Mobile app on your mobile phone.
Choose “Login with credentials” on the app to log in using the e-Banking credentials you received by email/SMS. Do not choose “Sign up to e-Banking” or “New customer”.
Find your new virtual Market Pass Visa card on the overview page (under “Cards”).
Choose “Add to Google Pay” or “Add to Apple Wallet”, to add it to the digital wallet you prefer..

To recover your e-Banking Password online, you will need:

Your email.
Your mobile phone.

To recover your e-Banking Username online, you will need:

An Alpha Bank card number.
Your email.
Your mobile phone.

I have myAlpha Wallet installed on my mobile, but the Dentist Pass does not seem to work. What should I do?

myAlpha Wallet does not support the Dentist Pass. To use your virtual Dentist Pass Visa card at a POS device, you must add it to the Google Wallet through myAlpha Mobile.
