The following conditions should be met to properly and effectively use the Alpha Private Web service:

• the operating system should be Windows XP or NT 4.0 or 2000;
• the browser should be preferably Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later or alternatively Netscape Communicator 7.2 or Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or later;
• a screen analysis of 800 Χ 600 with 16bit colours is recommended.
