    How to pay in interest-free instalments

    Log into e-Banking

    Log into myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile with your e-Banking credentials.

    Choose the energy company

    Choose “Transfers and payments” on the myAlpha Web home screen or “Payments” from the myAlpha Mobile menu.

    Choose the “Energy” category and your energy provider.

    Pay in instalments

    Set “Credit card” as the payment method and choose up to 6 interest-free instalments. Fill in the payment code number and amount.

    Can I pay my energy bill in instalments with any Alpha Bank card?

    No, you must hold a credit card.

    You cannot pay in instalments using a debit or prepaid card.

    What part of my bill can I pay in interest-free instalments?

    The entire bill amount. There is no upper limit to the energy bill amount you can pay with a credit card in interest-free instalments.

    Do all energy providers participate in the interest-free instalment programme?

    No. Certain providers are not part of the programme:

    • Coral and Coral Products and Trading.
    • Energa Power Trading.
    • IPTO, HEDNO.
    • PPC E-mobility.
    • DEPA Commercial, DESFA, EDA.
    • Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE).
