    I already have e-Banking credentials for myAlpha Web. Does this mean I can also use myAlpha Mobile?

    Yes. Your existing e-Banking credentials are also valid for myAlpha Mobile.

    2. Enter your e-Banking credentials (Username and Password) to log in.

    3. Create a 4-digit PIN for quick access to the app and faster transactions. At this step, you can opt to use biometrics (fingerprint or Face ID) as you would use your PIN.

    This process automatically activates Push Notifications, and directly links your device to your e-Banking account

    What type of transactions can I carry out through myAlpha Mobile to enter the draw?

    Monetary transactions, meaning:

    • Bill payments (electricity, phone, insurance premiums, etc.).
    • Debts to the State (taxes, VAT, property tax, social insurance funds, stamp duties, etc.).
    • Cash transfers within and outside Greece.
    • Loan and credit card payments
    • Prepaid card loading.

    If I carry out a transaction through myAlpha Web, can I enter the draw?

    No. The offer is exclusively for transactions you carry out from your mobile.

    I use the myAlpha Mobile app daily. Can I enter the draw?

    No. You can only enter the draw if you:

    • Install the myAlpha Mobile app for the first time on your mobile from 01.12.2022 to 31.01.2023 and carry out at least 1 transaction within that time.
    • Have already installed the myAlpha Mobile app on your mobile, but have not used it in the last 3 months. You just need to carry out 1 transaction from 01.12.2022 to 31.01.2023.

    How will I know whether I’ve won a travel voucher

    We will notify you over the phone, provided you have won a travel voucher following the draw on 06.02.2023.
