How can I activate myAlpha Code Service for my corporate subscription?

myAlpha Code service is activated upon your request at the Branch you collaborate with. The activation process finishes with your visit to the Branch, provided you have selected to receive myAlpha Code via SMS / Viber to your mobile phone.

If you have chosen to use the myAlpha Code device, you will be handed over the Device Activation Code during your Branch visit, which you will need in order to complete your activation at a later stage.

Once you receive the device from the Branch, you will have to log in to your myAlpha Web subscription to complete the activation process of the myAlpha Code service (Services menu> myAlpha Code).
