myAlpha Code service is activated upon your request at the Branch you collaborate with. The activation process finishes with your visit to the Branch, if you have asked to receive myAlpha Code on your mobile phone. The 6-digit myAlpha Code will be sent to your mobile phone number as a text message via the Viber application. You will receive myAlpha Code via SMS if:
- you have not installed the Viber application on your mobile phone
- you have closed data on your device
- you have blocked Alpha Bank from the list of recipients in the Viber application
If you have chosen to use the myAlpha Code device, you will be handed over the Device Activation Code during your Branch visit, which you will need in order to complete your activation at a later stage.
