SECURE TRANSACTIONSAlpha Bank offers the Alpha e-Commerce service, in accordance with the international best practices for e-commerce payments and most up-to-date international security standards.

COSTAlpha e-Commerce is offered to merchants free of initial connection costs and periodic charges. You are only charged with a fee per transaction, which will be agreed with the Branch you do business with, when your company joins the service.

All it takes is a visit to the Alpha Bank Branch you do business with, in order to sign the relevant contract and configure your company’s profile so that it meets your needs.

During your visit to the Branch you can chose:
- the connection method with the service (Online or Virtual Terminal)
- the provision of interest-free instalments to your customers
- to have the future instalments due from your customers discounted at an interest rate to be agreed with the Bank and sign the appropriate documents.
