Repayment

The repayment is based on structured rental fees, the amount of which is adjusted according to your cash needs.

The term of repayment is fixed according to the type of the fixed asset and your business's cash flows:

for equipment: from 3 to 7 years
for premises: from 10 to 20 years
for aircraft: from 5 to 10 years.

Ownership

Alpha Leasing remains the owner of the fixed asset while the relevant leasing contract is in effect. Upon expiry, by paying the predetermined acquisition cost, ownership is transferred to you.
