application or the Additional Password Device (for subscribers
who have already received it) and enjoy flexibility and access
to all the transactions and settings of your subscription
in Alpha Web Banking and Alpha Mobile Banking services.

You can easily change at any time to one of the other two options available for generating Additional Passwords!
The Additional Password Devices (tokens) are now available available for corporate subscriptions only. However, Individuals who have already activated the device, they will still be able to use it.
If you have activated Additional Password Services in order to have access to the full range of available transactions, you should enter the Additional Password:
Subscription to the Additional Password Services costs Euro 8.00,according to the Alpha Bank's current Price-list and it is paid only once.
The Additional Password Device loses synchronisation if you press the button of the device repeatedly, producing several additional passwords that are not used. In this case, choose Device Synchronisation from Services > Additional Password and follow the simple steps indicated in the form.
Yes, you should first reinstall the Alpha Safe Access application to your new mobile phone.
No. Your mobile phone does not need to be connected to the Internet in order for the Alpha Safe Access service to function properly.
