The security of your transactions is also your concern!
When entering your PIN, use your other hand to hide the typing.
Do not trust anyone offering to assist you in conducting an ATM transaction.
Make sure that you have taken back your card after the end of the transaction.
If the ATM captures your card, contact your Bank immediately.
Report the loss or theft of your card immediately at 210 326 0000, 24 hours a day.
PIN stands for “Personal Identification Number”. The Bank will never ask you for it and you must never disclose it to others.
If you change your PIN, do not replace it with one that is easy to guess (e.g. your birth date).
Do not reveal your PIN to others. Do not keep your PIN together with your card. You unintentionally make it very easy for someone who finds your card to gain access to your accounts.
Watch a relevant video of the European ATM Security Team (EAST) from the website of the Hellenic Bank Association regarding your PIN protection.
