If you have entered your password or Additional Password incorrectly 5 consecutive times, your access to the alternative networks (Alpha Web Banking, Alphaphone Banking and Alpha Mobile Banking) is automatically locked in the interest of your own security and you can no longer use them.
If you remember your codes and wish to unlock your subscription, you can call us at 210 326 0000 (daily, from 08:00 to 22:30) and request us to unlock you after having your identity verified. Alternatively, you can visit any Branch in order to submit an “unlock” request for your subscription.
If you have forgotten your Password, you should visit any Branch and request the issue of a new one. You will receive at once a temporary Password, with which you will be able to login again to the Alpha e-Banking services.
