If nothing appears on the display of the device, do not try to open the device or replace the battery. Instead, you should return the device to any Alpha Bank Branch for replacement.
After you return your old device, you can complete your application for a new Additional Password generator (Alpha Safe Access application or the option to receive Additional Passwords via SMS) at the same Alpha Bank Branch or via Alpha Web Banking (go to Services > Additional Password > Additional Password services' status and click the "New application" button).
