If you have lost your mobile phone on which you had installed the Alpha Safe Access application or if you suspect that it has been stolen, you can do the following by choosing Services > Additional Password within the Alpha Web Banking service:
- Deactivate temporarily the Additional Password Services ("Temporary Deactivation" option on "Service Status" screen).
- Request a new additional password generation means ("New Application" option on "Service Status" screen).
- Deactivate permanently the Additional Password Services ("Service Deactivation" menu).
Alternatively, you can call us at 210 326 0000 and request to be connected to the Alpha Web Banking service, in order to take appropriate action with the help of our specialist Agents.
