If I submit an application for opening an "Alpha Save Smart" account via Alpha Web Banking, will I also have to visit a Branch?

When you submit your online application for opening an account, the Bank will carry out checks to confirm your personal details.

If you have completed the Customer identification procedure with the Bank, you will not need to visit a Branch and your account will be opened automatically and will be added to your profile, together with the other products that you have with Alpha Bank.

If the submission of any certification documents required for your identification is still pending, you will be notified via a message in your Alpha Web Banking subscription, requesting you to update your necessary documents online or visit a Branch.

See the details of the applicable Terms and Conditions of the Alpha Save Smart Account.
