The application verifies that the number account / card / loan number that you entered is correct (using a check digit), just as this would happen if you had made the deposit at a Teller position. If, nonetheless, the wrong account number that you entered happens to correspond to an existing number, then:
The customer should contact to the Branch staff and submit in writing the information about the mistake made.
The Branch will take appropriate action.
