I have not activated the Additional Password Services. Can I make transfers via Alpha Web Banking or Alpha Mobile Banking?

Yes, you can transfer funds to Alpha Bank accounts registered in your profile with "Credit" rights. To see the accounts registered in your profile, sign on to Alpha Web Banking and choose Profile > Profile Settings.

Adding accounts to your profile requires the use of the Additional Password. To know more, click here.
If you have not already registered any accounts in your profile, you should visit any Alpha Bank Branch and have accounts added to your profile with Credit rights, in order to be able to execute fund transfers to them without the use of the Additional Password.

In any case, for fund transfers to Alpha Bank accounts not registered in your profile and to accounts held with other domestic or foreign banks, the activation of the Additional Password Services is required.
