I have more than one active subscriptions. How can I consolidate them?

First, you should decide which subscription you want to keep as your basic subscription. We suggest you keep the one for which you have activated the Additional Password Services.
With the “add product” procedure (a service which requires an Additional Password), you can add the products of your other subscriptions to the one you have decided to keep. For more information about the Additional Password services, click here
Alternatively, you can call us at Alphaphone Banking (210 326 0000, daily, from 08:00 to 22:30) or visit your nearest Alpha Bank Branch and have your products added to the subscription you have decided to keep.
Finally, deactivate the subscriptions you want to cancel, either by choosing Profile > Deactivation of Alpha Web Banking service or by calling Alphaphone Banking or visiting any Alpha Bank Branch.
