If you have lost your mobile phone where the Alpha Safe Access application was installed or the Additional Password Device, you must:
- Temporarily deactivate the Additional Password generation means, if you believe you have temporarily lost it (Services > Additional Password > Service Status > Temporary Deactivation), or
- Submit immediately a request for a new Additional Password generation means (Services > Additional Password > Service Status > New Application), or
- Deactivate the service, if you no longer wish to use it (Services > Additional Password > Service Deactivation).
