If you have forgotten your PIN, you can contact your nearest Branch to request the issue of a new PIN. Your new PIN shall be sent by post.
After 3 consecutive incorrect attempts to enter your PIN, the ΑΤΜ captures your card. After taking back the card, the next attempt must be successful otherwise your card will be captured again.
