I have a new mobile phone. Should I reinstall the Alpha Safe Access application?
Yes, you should first reinstall the Alpha Safe Access application to your new mobile phone.
Once you have installed it, you should connect the new application with your subscription. There are two ways to do that:
- If your old device is still operational, choose the “Change” option and enter the Additional Passwords from both mobile phones. The change is applied automatically and the new application is ready for use.
- If you have lost your old device or if it is not available, choose "New application" and submit a new application form. In this case, the new application is not activated automatically, but only after a phone call from the Bank which is necessary in order to verify your identity. Once your identity has been successfully verified, you can activate the Additional Password Services with the new application.
In any case, there is no extra charge for re-installing the application, as long as you have already activated the Additional Password Services.
