A e-mail is sent, when an electronic statement is issued, to the e-mail address you have specified in your Alpha e-Banking services profile, notifying you of the issuance of the statement.
You should check that the e-mail address you have specified is valid. You can do so either via the Alpha Web Banking service (choose Profile > Personal info) or the Alphaphone Banking service.
