How are you informed of your own tax deduction via Alpha e-Banking?

Alpha Bank Customers who are subscribers to the Alpha e-Banking services have now at their disposal a new feature, which provides information about the amount of the expenses that are made using the Alpha Bank electronic payment means and count in building the tax deduction for taxpayers declaring income from salaries, pensions and agricultural activity.

In particular, Alpha e-Banking offers the option to obtain information about all categories of transactions which are eligible for maintaining the reduction in tax (tax deduction) and which indicatively include transactions such as the following:

  • Transactions made by debiting all credit, debit or prepaid Alpha Bank cards held by the subscriber. It is clarified that transactions made using add-on cards are counted as transactions of the main cardholder.
  • Payment orders or standing orders executed by debiting all Alpha Bank deposit accounts in which the subscriber is the first or sole beneficiary.
Depending on their type, transactions are classified in categories of expenses (e.g. supermarkets, food, fuel etc.) and are displayed on the Alpha Web/Mobile Banking pages using graphs.
