For which e-banking transactions can I receive notifications?
When carrying out any one of the transactions listed below via the Alpha e-Banking services, and provided you have activated the free Alpha Alerts service for e-banking transactions, you will receive a notification by e-mail or SMS in your preferred language (Greek/English). These transactions are:
- Successful submission of the following transactions made using your codes:
-adding a new Alpha Bank account to your profile (registered account)
-modifying the usage rights of an account registered in your profile
-issuing transfer orders (to be executed immediately or at a future date) to an Alpha Bank -account not registered in your profile
-sending remittances to accounts in Greece and abroad
-changing the notification settings (activation/deactivation)
-changing the e-mail address or mobile phone number to which notifications are sent (a notification regarding the change is also sent to the old phone number/mail address)
-changing the upper transfer limit
- Unsuccessful execution of transfer or payment orders submitted via Alpha Web Banking or Alphaphone Banking for execution at a future date
- Activation of the Additional Password Services or change of the chosen additional password generation means
- Successful submission of an application, opening, closing, modifying an account connected to your subscription , and early liquidation of your Alpha online Term Deposit account.
