Online documents update

Now, you can update your personal details by submitting the documents required by the Bank online!

    Alpha Bank’s Individual Customers can now submit online the documents required in order to:

  • complete their identification by the Bank,
  • update their contact details, without visiting a Branch.

Which steps are required? 

The procedure is easy:

  1. Log in to the “Online documents update” service either via Alpha Web Banking (Profile > Documents update) or
    via Alpha Mobile Banking (menu Documents update), or by using the details of any of your Alpha Bank cards (for non Alpha e-Banking subscribers).
  2. Select the personal details you wish to update and the type of document that will certify the update.
  3. Submit the document in electronic format.
  4. You will soon be notified by e-mail or SMS about the success (or failure) of the selected update.

Which personal details can be updated online?

You can update or certify the following personal details:  

  • Ηome address
  • Work address 
  • Phone number (fixed, work or mobile)
  • Tax Registration Number (AFM) and income
  • Profession / occupation
After logging in the Service, you can view the personal details that are pending to be certified by the Bank. Select the field that you would like to update and upload the respective electronic document, easily and quickly, without visiting a Branch.

Useful Security Tips

  • Alpha Bank will never ask you for your access codes in any way (e.g. via phone or e-mail). These codes are strictly personal and you must never reveal them to anyone.
  • Select access codes that are not easily guessed and are not being used on other systems and services.
  • Keep the access codes confidential in a way that it is not feasible to be disclosed / stolen.
  • Log in to Alpha Web Banking only via the official website of Alpha Bank ( and never via other links appearing on other websites, search engines or e-mail messages.
  • Verify the validity of the Alpha Web Banking page and the security certificate by clicking on the lock icon in the address bar of the browser.
  • Update your PC with the latest versions and security patches of the operating system (e.g. Windows) and the browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox).
  • Inspect regularly your PC for viruses and other malicious programs using the latest versions of antivirus and antimalware utilities.
  • Ignore and delete immediately suspicious e-mails that ask you to provide your personal data, include links or attachments.
