The “Deposits” menu includes transactions, which give you information about the Alpha Bank deposit accounts that you have declared in your profile (i.e. account balances of one account, collection of balances of all accounts, unclear, withheld and blocked amount analysis, statements, cheques’ info). It also includes some transactions of the "Maintenance" menu (i.e. addition of new deposit account in your profile, chequebooks orrder)
The “Cards-Loans” menu includes transactions, which give you information about the balances and statements of your declared cards issued by Alpha Bank and your declared Alpha Revolving or Alpha 700, housing and other loans. It also includes some transactions of the "Maintenance" menu (i.e. addition of a new card or loan in your profile).
The “Fund Transfers” menu includes transactions, with which you can:
immediately execute or schedule for future date fund transfers of any amount between your Alpha Bank declared deposit accounts of the same currency.
schedule for future date fund transfers to deposit accounts (held in Euro) at Alpha Bank or at another domestic Bank, which you have not declared at your Alpha Web Banking profile. The daily amount that can be transferred depends on the "daily upper transfer limit" to non-declared accounts (menu "Maintenance").
be informed about the details of the fund transfers that you have already recorded via the Alpha Bank electronic services (Alpha Web Banking, Alphaphone Banking and Alpha Mobile Banking) and cancel them if you like
Submit standing orders for fixed-amount fund transfers (in Euro) to Alpha Bank deposit accounts.With each standing order you can schedule the automatic execution of regular transfers (i.e. every month, 2 months etc), equal in amount (i.e. your rent payment) to declared or non-declared () deposit accounts (for transfers to non-declared accounts the amount cannot exceed the relative “daily upper transfer limit”)
be informed about the details of the standing orders (for fixed-amount fund transfers) that you have submitted via Alpha Web Banking and Alphaphone Banking (available info per standing order, up to 2 moths after its expriation date) or cancel them if you like
The “Payments” menu includes transactions, with which you can pay your debts to:

The “Portfolios” menu includes transactions, with which you can be informed about the balances and the shares of your Mutual funds accounts per Mutual fund type and per title. It also includes a transaction of the "Maintenance" menu that allows you to add a new Mutual funds account.
The “Maintenance” menu includes transactions, with which you can manage:
Your Alpha Web Banking "User ID" and "Password"
Your profile details such as : Alpha Bank deposit and housing loan accounts, credit cards, Alpha Revolving and Alpha 700 loans, mutual funds accounts and their aliases and Water Supply (E.YD.AP.) bills, your contact details (phone numbers, e-mail), the additional services details (i.e. the “alerts/notifications” service for unsuccessful order executions)
the use of the "Additional Password Services" (application, services' activation, services' deactivation, temporary device deactivation, device synchronization)
Your "daily upper transfer limit" to non-declared accounts
Your chequebooks (issuance of new chequebooks, information about the status of your chequebook orders, cancellation of your chequebook orders)
The “Information” menu includes transactions, which give you information about:
the prices of foreign exchange
the share prices of selected companies of the A.S.E. and the share price indices of the A.S.E. during its daily session.
the deposit and housing loan accounts, credit cards, Alpha Revolving and Alpha 700 loans, mutual funds accounts and payments that you have declared at your profile for Alpha Bank electronic services (Alpha Web Banking, Alphaphone Banking, Alpha Mobile Banking)
the "Subscriber's card" (in case you have activated Alphaphone Banking service), which includes the bank accounts, the cards and the payments that you can manage via Alphaphone Banking - IVR (transactions over the telephone by pressing digits on your phone device)
