In order to become a subscriber of Alpha Web Banking and execute your banking transactions electronically you should :
Have access to the Internet.
Maintain at least one deposit account in Euro at Alpha Bank.
Fill-in an application form for our electronic services (Alpha Web Banking, Alphaphone Banking, Alpha Mobile Banking).
Receive the User ID and the Password, which give you access to Alpha Bank electronic services.
You can fill-in an application form for our electronic services :
Via the Internet or by calling us on 801 11 326 0000 or 210 326 0000 (everyday, 8:00 a.m.- 10:30 p.m.) : In this case, after you receive your Password by post (at the address submitted in your application form), you can go to any Alpha Bank branch, in order to receive your "Subscriber's card" (on which the User ID is mentioned).
At any Alpha Bank Branch : In this case, you will receive at the branch your "Subscriber's card" (on which the User ID is mentioned) and afterwards you will receive your Password by post (at the address submitted in your application form).
In all cases, when visiting the Alpha Bank branch, you should have your identity card or passport and sign the terms and conditions for the use of Alpha Bank electronic banking transactions (in case your application concerns your individual firm you should also carry with you the corresponding Seal).
For security reasons, you are advised not to keep at the same place your User-ID and Password codes. Possession of both codes by another person gives him access to the system and to your accounts.
As soon as you receive your User ID and Password, you can use them to adapt your services according to your needs, by adding or removing deposit accounts, credit cards, loans, mutual funds accounts etc, via Alpha Web Banking (for more information about the way to "maintain" your profile press here).
