Amount and term of Alpha Repair Housing Loan

The loan can reach up to a maximum of Euro 100,000.
You can choose a term of 5 to 15 years.

Alpha Repair Housing Loan Interest Rate

Alpha Repair Housing Loan enables you to choose, at any time during the loan, the type and term of your interest rate. Your choices include fixed rates for 3, 5, 7, 10 or 15 years as well as variable interest rate linked to the 3-month Euribor plus a margin of 4.80% (*).
