ALPHA Green Solutions – Eco Business has been exclusively designed for Small Businesses and Professionals with environmental responsibility that wish to upgrade their business premises, by renovating their building and purchasing new equipment with environmentally friendly materials (boilers’ replacement, natural gas connection, building’s shell, frames’ replacement, insulating works etc.).  

ALPHA Green Solutions – Eco Business finances the expenditure/investment cost for the:

	Purchase,  installation of equipment as well as the necessary construction works for the premises’ energy upgrade
	Relevant feasibility studies
	Feasibility study, equipment’s purchase and installation works for Photovoltaic Stations up to 10KW placed on a business’ premise roof.

Financing Percentage:
Up to 90% of the total investment cost (facilities, equipment, feasibility studies) according to its budget or pro-forma invoices.

Interest Rate:

Minimum Lending Rate *  today 8.65% plus margin up to 4.00%

 
* Plus contribution of Law 128/75, i.e. 0.60%

Loan Tenor:

	For loan amount up to Euro 50,000 maximum loan tenor 10 years
	For loan amount over Euro 50,000 maximum loan tenor 20 years

Grace period:
Up to 6 months with interest repayment

Repayment Schedule:
Through monthly or quarterly amortisation instalments

Early Repayment:
Partial or Full, without any charges
