The Chairman Mr. Yannis S. Costopoulos exercises the general supervision of the Group and the overall managerial and representative authority for the Bank.

The Managing Director - CEO Mr. Demetrios P. Mantzounis administrates, manages and represents the Bank. He supervises, coordinates and directs the Bank and the Group.

General Manager Mr. George C. Aronis heads the Retail Banking Business Unit and supervises the Greek Branch Network, Consumer Financing, Housing Loans and Small Business Financing Products, Asset Gathering, Bancassurance Products, International Retail Banking and Marketing.

General Manager Mr. Artemis C. Theodoridis heads the Wholesale Banking Business Unit and supervises the Treasury, Commercial Centres, Corporate Banking, Shipping, Investment Banking, International Wholesale Banking, Wholesale Banking Products, Factoring and Leasing.

General Manager Mr. Alexios A. Pilavios heads the Wealth Management Business Unit and supervises Private Banking, Mutual Funds, Asset Management and Brokerage operations.

General Manager and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Spyros N. Filaretos supervises Credit, Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, the International Network, Property Management and Security, Procurement and Organisation.

General Manager and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Marinos S. Yannopoulos supervises Risk, Accounting and Tax, Corporate Planning and Controlling, Non-Performing Loans, Economic Research and non-core subsidiaries.

The Audit Division, the Compliance Division, the Legal Services Division, as well as the Secretariat of the Board of Directors, report to the Managing Director - CEO.
