To pay the cadastral fees, you must have: either the 20-digit Payment Code, which, together with the due amount, is written on the Cadastral Fee Calculation Sheet (Φύλλου Υπολογισμού Τέλους) that you have acquired from the Cadastral Office, either the 14-digit Code, made up of your taxation number ΑΦΜ and the Local Authority code (Κωδικό ΟΤΑ) – please refer to the back side of the document entitled “Payment Document of the cadastral fee”.  Attention! For each property right (Law 2308/1995) that you submit, you must have beforehand paid the correct cadastral fee and submit the payment receipt.
