Alpha Bank offers to its Corporate clients the ability to securely exchange files with the Bank’s information systems for a variety of functions:
Payroll,
Suppliers’ disbursements,
Account statements,
Direct debits of bank accounts,
Direct debits of bank cards,
Debit of cards for preauthorized transactions,
Alpha Link transactions’ statistics, etc.
The use of the Service requires a contract.
This Service establishes a secure internet connection between the Company and the Bank information systems, in order to exchange files, either by using the FTP protocol through a VPN channel or by using an SFTP protocol.
The operation of this Service requires access codes (User ID, Password) which, along with the relevant instructions, will be sent by the Bank to the authorised users designated in the Alpha Bank File Transfer Service contract.
