Alpha Portfolio Utilisation offers you even more choices such as:

	Skipping your monthly instalment up to twice a year
	Choosing the type of your minimum monthly installment: payment and changing your choice whenever you need to
	Having 24 hours access of your loan through its connection with an Alpha Bank debit or credit card, without extra procedures, through Alpha Bank ΑΤΜ network all over Greece.

Amount of Loan:
Starting pre-approved amount of Euro 10.000 which can reach up to the amount of yuour Housing Loan with a maximum amount Euro 150.000. 

Nominal Interest: 
Interest rate differs according to the nominal value of the portfolio that is being collateralized and is equal to Euribor 3 months (as it is defined at 29/3, 28/06, 28/09 and 29/12 of each year) plus 4.00 to 5.00units plus the contribution of Law 128/75, today 0.60%.

Annual charge:
No charge

Minimum monthly instalment:
Now you have multiple choises for the payment of your loan:

	Interest only or
	Minimum monthly installment (1.5% or 2.5% or 3.5% of the current  outstanding balance of your loan) or
	Fixed amount every month

Submission of an application form:
Apply now at any Alpha Bank Branch.

Way of servicing:
You can choose payment of the minimum monthly instalment or the selected fixed amount monthly instalment, which will be realised through a standing order from a deposit account that you hold with the Bank or through the ATM with cards issued by the Bank or through the Automated Cash Transaction Centres (ACTC) and Alpha Web Banking or at the Alpha Bank Branches’ counters.
