The Bank’s shares have been listed in the Athens Stock Exchange since 1925 and is ranked constantly between the companies with the higher market capitalization.

Additionally,the Bank's share is included in a series of international indices, such as S&P Europe 350 and FTSE Med 100. Apart from the Greek listing, the shares of the Bank are listed in the London Stock Exchange in the form of international certificates (GDRs) and they are traded over the counter in New York (ADRs).

As at December 31, 2012 the Bank has 534,269,648 ordinary and 200,000,000 preference shares in issue.

During the year of 2012 an average of 4,512,566 shares have been traded daily.
