With a minimum amount of Euro 15.000 and up to: |

100% of the tax value of the commercial property |

70% of the value of the purchase contract of the property |

70% of the budget related to completion, addition, maintenance, repair of a self-owned or hired property, or |

70% of the budget related to the construction of business premises, including the value of the plot. |

Fixed interest rate for the first three years of the loan, which today amounts to 6.50% (*) annually.
At the end of the three-year period, you may choose: |

either the fixed interest rate of this loan category |

or a variable interest rate linked to the Prime Rate plus spread of 1% | (*) plus the Contribution of Law 128/75, i.e. 0,6%.
