We advice you to declare an alternative, short and easy-to-memorize User-ID(alias), via Alpha Web Banking, so as to be able to log in to the service quickly and easily.
In case you wish to change your Password, you can use digits as well as letters with the contraint of the first 6 charactes being digits.
Connecting to the service:
Connect to the service, selecting the set of settings you have created for Alpha Mobile Banking
In order to enter the English menu of the service choose "English" in the sign on page
On the sign-on codes page, enter the User ID and the Password that you have received for Alpha Web Banking or Alpha Mobile Banking.
If you have activated the Additional Password services and wish to execute money transactions fill-in also the Additional Password field. If you do not fill-in the Additional Pasword field you will have access only to informative type of transactions.
Provided that you have entered the security codes correctly, you will see on the screen the current balance of up to 8 selected accounts and below the basic menu choices:
