Alpha Residence programme is a modern, simple, comprehensive plan, with modern and substantial coverage, that goes beyond the normal residence policies.  It is addressed to owners, tenants and lessees of apartments, as well as private houses, by offering low cost insurance protection.

For you, who seek for further coverage, Alpha Residence offers you a range of additional covers through Alpha esidence Plus.  This plan protects you against:

	Water damage (flood, storm, burst pipes, etc.)
	Wind damage
	Terrorism, strikes, riot, malicious damage, civil commotion
	Overflowing of water tanks, apparatus, pipes
	Theft and theft consequential losses (only the main dwelling except country houses)
	Aircraft and articles falling there from
	Coverage of Transaction expenses up to the amount of Euro 3,000
	Loss of rent up to the amount of Euro 6,000 for 12 months
	Architects / Engineers fees and Public Authorities expenses up to Euro 2,000

	Plate glasses and mirrors Euro 1,500
	Debris removal up to 5% of the total sum insured
