Have access to the Internet.

Maintain at least one conpany's deposit account in Euro at Alpha Bank.
Fill-in an application form for our electronic services (Alpha Web Banking, Alphaphone Banking).
Receive the User ID and Password, which give you access to Alpha Web Banking.

An application form for Alpha Web Banking can be filled-in by one of the legal represenatives of the Company :

Via the Internet or by calling us on 801 11 326 0000 or 210 326 0000 (everyday, 8:00 a.m.- 10:30 p.m.):
In this case, after the legal representative, who filled-in the application form, receives the Passwords by post (at the Company's address submitted in the application) he/she can go to the Alpha Bank branch with which the Company collaborates (along with the other legal representatives if existed), in order to receive the "Subscriber's Card" on which the User ID of the "authorised user" is mentioned.

At the Alpha Bank branch with which the Company collaborates :
In this case, the legal representative, who filled-in the application form, will receive at the branch the "Subscirber's card" on which the User ID of the "authorised user" is mentioned and afterwards s/he will receive the Password by post at the Companys address submitted in the application form.

In both cases, when visiting the Alpha Bank branch with which the Company collaborates, the Company's legal representatives should have their identity cards or passports and the Seal of the Company, in order to sign the terms and conditions for the use of Alpha Bank electronic banking transactions.

In case the User ID of the authorised user and Password are passed on to another member of the Company's staff, the legal representatives of the Company are obliged to assume full responsibility for their action.

For security reasons, you are advised not to keep at the same place your User-ID and Password code. Possession of both codes by another person gives him access to the system and to the Company's accounts.

As soon as you receive the User ID and Password, you can use them to adapt your services according to your needs, by adding or removing deposit accounts, corporate credit cards, loans, mutual funds accounts etc, via Alpha Web Banking.
