Menu "Deposits"

Using these transactions, you can get information about your deposit accounts that you have declared in your profile with the usage right of “INQUIRY”, add new deposit accounts and order new chequebooks.

The following transactions are available from the menu "Deposits":

"My deposit accounts” transaction

With a glance, you can see the balances (gross and available) of up to eight accounts. Each time, you can press, if you wish, on “Select accounts” and select a new group of up to 8 accounts. In order for the new selection of accounts to be recorded, please press the button “Submit”
Moreover, from this screen you can obtain information about each account's balances or last statements, by pressing the button "Account balances" or the button "Statements", correspondingly.

"Balances - Transactions” transaction
Select the account number of which you wish to see either its balances or its last transactions and then select the button "Balances" or  "Statements" correspondingly.

The transaction "Balances" gives you the following information about the account :

Gross balance : It's the total amount of the deposit account.
Blocked amount : It’s the total amount that has been blocked either automatically (i.e. in order to cover the payment of share purchase) or by the account’s branch (either due to a branch’s claim or after your own demand). The blocked amount is not available for withdrawal and can be unblocked either automatically or by the account’s branch. In order to see in detail the transactions that constitute its total amount, please press the button "Blocked Amount Analysis"
Withheld amount : It’s the total amount of those transactions that have not yet updated the database. Such transactions may result from purchases with the use of Alpha Bank debit cards. In order to see in detail the transactions that constitute its total amount, please press the button "Withheld Amount Analysis"
Overdraft limit : This limit concerns only the Alpha Premier, Alpha Payroll and Alpha 500 accounts and it is granted only after the approval of the account’s branch. In case such limit exists, it is added to the available amount.
Unclear amount : It’s the total amount of those cheques that have been deposited to the account but their amount is still not available. In order to see in detail the transactions that constitute its total amount, please press the button "Unclear Amount Analysis".
Unclear limit : It’s the maximum unclear amount that can be immediately available. This limit is granted only after the approval of the account’s branch.
Current balance: It’s the amount that you can withdraw from the deposit account at that moment.

Moreover, from this screen you can obtain information about each account's last transactions by pressing the button  "Statements" or the status of the cheques by pressing the button "Cheques".

The transaction "Statements" gives you the following information about the account :

In case of a savings account (Álpha 400 in Euro and Álpha 405 in foreign exchange), you first see on the screen its last ten transactions and you can further see all the transactions not yet printed on the account's book by pressing the button "All transactions...". Furthmore, in case that  cumulative entries (ÓÅ) appear among your account's transactions, you can see their analysis by pressing the button "Cumulative entry analysis".
In case of other accounts (except from savings accounts), you first see on the screen its last ten transactions and you can further see "all the transactions" of a certain period (35 days transactions available) by inserting the dates in the fields "From"- "to" and then pressing the button "Submit".
On every screen you can:

print all the transactions appearing on the current page or
download the statements' transactions in a Excel file.
Please note that the Excel file contains all the transactions of the current displayed screen (on which you selected the button "Excel") and the previous ones' (if there are any).


“Incoming orders' Information” transaction

Select the account number in order to see its incoming orders' information. Then the last 10 incoming orders will be appeared (if there are). However, you can also obtain information about:

a particular group of incoming orders, through specific criteria (date, amount range, currency
details of the incoming message which are offered for each incoming order.



“Chequebooks' Information” transaction
Select the account for which you wish to obtain information about its chequesbooks' details. Information about the issued chequebooks for the selected account appear on the srceen from which you can also obtain information about:

The status of all issued cheques(i.e. collected, non collected etc) by choosing the button “Cheques' status”  
Note that the symbol * that appears in front of some cheque numbers, defines the first cheque of each chequebook.
The status of a specific cheque, by inserting its number in the field "Cheque number" and selecting the button "Submit"
